It's March 1st, which means it's time for a weigh-in. As I mentioned in my last post, I was nervous about this one. I haven't felt "lighter" and I've cheated a
few times a bunch recently. My dad went to Sam's Club the other day and got FIVE whole pizzas, each one different. I hadn't tried their pizza before, so I had to try one piece. Well, that ONE led to three others. Yes, that's right, I had four pieces of pizza in ONE day. See why I was nervous?
I have still been working out hard, and been REALLY pushing myself at the gym. You know those people who drip sweat when doing cardio? Yeah, I've become one of those people. (Nasty, I know, but at least I'm working hard!) On Friday I really felt the push to get into gear- I only had a few days left before my "official" weigh-in, and I didn't want to disappoint you all (and myself).
Well, here is my number for March 1st....
1.6 loss in 2 weeks.
I'm really hoping that my next weigh-in I'm 135. If that happens, I'll have lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the year! And here I thought it'd take a year to lose all the weight.....
