Hello there!
This week has been semi-rough for me. I don't know if it's because of the TOM, but I have been extremely fatigued. Normal workouts for me have been tough and I feel like I have hardly any energy. SO frustrating!
In addition to this, I decided to try cutting back my calories to 1200 a day. Since I haven't been losing much, I thought I'd give this a try. However, I don't know if I can do it for very long- I've been dizzy since I made the change. Thinking I might need a little more than that to fuel my body. I'll give it another day or two before I make any final decisions.
Crazy that there are only five days until the 1st! There WILL be a smaller number, I just don't know how much yet. Crossing my fingers for at least a three pound loss....
That's all for tonight- it's getting late, and I'm distracted by The Voice. :) Talk with you all later!

I am doing 1200 cals/day. Well I was off of it for a while kind of. Not really counting but this week I have been back into it. You have been my motivation girlfriend! Hope the dizziness passes.
I did 1200 calories a day which is how I lost the majority of my weight. That said, I'm very short so I don't think I need that many calories as a taller person.
If you are feeling dizzy, I think you should either up your calories or look at the content of your food. 1200 calories in non-processed foods (high vegetable intake) is very filling and nutritious whereas, a few tablespoons of nutella are not. (I'm not saying that's what you are eating but I've seen people post some scary 1200 calorie food intakes!)
Dizzy isn't good, hope you are feeling better! Take care of yourself. Thinking of you!
