Hi-ya, friends!
I just got back from the gym, and let me tell you, I got a pretty good workout in. Just in case you were curious as to what I did.... *wink*
Being that it's Tuesday, I went to my spin class. However, since I was early, I got in some cardio beforehand. Still haven't decided if that was a good idea or not. I was already sweating when I got into the class, and I was ready to go! Since I was so pumped, I went a few gears ahead, which was DUMB DUMB DUMB. I felt so tired mid-class, I was almost tempted to leave. However, I stuck through it and I'm so glad I did. However, about 40 minutes into the class (when we were at level 11ish) the heat kicked on. Yeah, we were all pretty drenched in sweat. Have you ever heard of hot spin/ cycle? That's totally what we did today!
I gotta tell you all, I'm nervous about the weigh-in on Friday. Yes, I've been watching what I eat and exercising like usual, but these past few days, the scale hasn't moved. Hopefully it will soon!
I know you all are wanting to see the winner of the $25 Visa card....yeah, that's right, I didn't forget. :) *drum roll*
