I feel like each week I'm apologizing for not posting more often. I always intend to post within a few days of the previous post, but somehow time slips away. Obviously this happened again this week.
Yesterday I went to spin class with my (new) favorite instructor, Becca. I took my first class from her, but over time I didn't feel as challenged as I did with another instructor. I took a small break from her classes, but decided to give them a try again. Oh my word, she upped her game BIG TIME. This past week, we did a class where we got at least a 700 calorie burn in the 50 minutes. When I do the elliptical or Crossramp at my max, I can only get a 600 max, so it felt REALLY good that I was able to burn even more in the class.
Thank you all so much for the comments regarding my last weigh-in. In between my daily logging of food/ exercise on MyFitnessPal + my hardcore cardio and weight sessions, I'm noticing changes a lot quicker, which is great. There are only 10 weeks left before the wedding- let's see if I can get to my goal weight by then!
