Happy Saturday!
I recently have been doing some blog hopping again and saw that Kelly (who is super motivating) posted her first week of April totals. Basically this means she calculated her minutes of exercise and calories burned. I thought this was a GREAT idea and decided to do this as well.
My numbers:
5960 calories burned (April 1 - April 9)
632 minutes (April 1 - April 9)
I must say, the ONLY way I was able to track this info: MyFitnessPal. (If you're on there, find me at "prettypinkposh") After each exercise, I log them into my iPhone app. Makes things super easy! If I remember, I'll try to do this again when we finish April. It'll be interesting to see the numbers for a whole month!

I actually was wondering if I should start posting calories. I'll definitely look into that. I stopped calorie counting on my own journey though this year. I wanted to see if I could do it by intuitively eating :)
