Just wanted to check in with you all....how's healthy life treatin' ya? Any newfound healthy snacks, or new workout programs? I need to change things up a bit and always enjoying hearing what is working for you all. :)
Today I went to my first spin class since being sick. (Didn't make it on Tuesday; went for a walk outside instead since it was sunny.) Boy, these past two days have been killer for me. I can tell my strength is only a fraction of what it was- it's SO sad! I barely made it through my class, and I drank two whole water bottles in that one hour! Felt good to be back, but man, was it brutal.
Tonight I stepped on the scale. I know, I know, I'm a tad bit scale obsessed. I'm getting kind of frustrated that I've only lost ONE pound since the 5th. I know they say it'll get harder and harder when you are nearing your goal, but seriously?! I still have 12 pounds to go, and at this rate, it's not looking very good.
Well, skinny friends, with that semi-depressing number, I'm in need of some cheering up. Let me know what's going on in YOUR life. Hopefully you're getting to your goal a little quicker than I am!
