Starting in September I started dating again for the first time in five years. It's been good, however it's been really tough finding a balance of fitting the guy into my schedule. I was already busy as a single girl, and adding him to my life has definitely had my time stretched.
Since October I've been dealing with insomnia. Yes, you read that right, I've had it for FIVE months. I've taken numerous sleeping aids, cut out caffeine, gone to the doctor and so far nothing has worked. Needless to say, my hormones have been out of whack because of this. Just this week I got a new medication so hopefully things will even out in this crazy body of mine.
Just this week I have started to really get it in my that I want to be fit. I've been watching my calories like a hawk and I'm on day #5 straight of going to the gym. While I was bummed I had to cut my session short today (my knee was killing me), I'm excited to get back into it. With everything going on in my life, I just couldn't add working out into my stressful life. Now that I'm kind of finding a balance, I'm making it a priority again.
That's just a quick update. I'm hoping to get back into posting here more often. Lately, I've been eating some yummy (and very low in calorie) things that I want to share with you all. :)
